HOUSE CALL TRAINERS have created the safest, most effective and convenient approach to personal training, oriented to one-on-one, and small groups (2-4 people).
If you would rather exercise in the privacy and safety of your home, Virtual Training is the answer. Your trainer will work with you at home or one the go. He or She will design a program just for you based upon your individual needs, then work with you each and every session.
HOUSE CALL TRAINERS has been delivering results since we opened in 2012. Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers. We believe Virtual Training is the new perfect step to get fit and stay fit.
HOW VIRTUAL TRAINING WORKS?
Your Virtual session is delivered via Zoom, Facetime, Facebook messenger, or Whatsapp. Each remote session is 60-minute long.
Place your mobile device around 6 feet from your workout area. Make sure your phone is fully charged and your WIFI connection is strong. If you have wireless earphones this would be preferable but not necessary.
If you have any equipment available, let your trainer know so he or she can plan accordingly.
In order to cancel your Virtual session, you are required to provide MORE than 12-hour notice, for which no additional charge will be incurred.
