Josh is a longtime veteran of the NYC fitness scene. With more than 25 years of experience Josh has been around resistance training almost his entire life. Due to a major pectoral tear in 2010 Josh was forced to adapt and evolve his training method by incorporating a new way of fitness which combines light weight, mobility, body-mind connection, and perfect form. Josh’s training is more than just a training session, he specialized in strength training, attacking your body from every angle possible through a 3-dimensional plane to achieve the body you’ve always dreamed of pain-free.
